Soltius has been recognised as one of New Zealand’s best places to work for a fifth consecutive year, once again announced as a finalist in the IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Awards. As a result, this year Soltius joins the 5 year league, demonstrating our commitment to long-term workplace excellence.
This year over 30,000 employees from 193 New Zealand organisations in the private and public sectors participated, with 40 workplaces reaching finalist status across five categories: Small, Small-Medium, Medium-Large, Large and Enterprise. Soltius is once again the only SAP partner in the country to be named as a finalist in any category.
The survey has become an important part of the yearly calendar at Soltius. Analysing the data received via the survey provides our business leaders with key insights about the organisation from our most valuable assets: our people. For participating organisations, the insights from the survey identify the characteristics that make their workplace great places to work, as well as areas to improve in order to increase engagement levels. Organisations also gain a more accurate view of what is needed to retain critical talent.
“The insights we gain from the IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces survey are always invaluable”, says Nick Mulcahy, CEO of Soltius. “Our people are what makes us the leading and most trusted SAP practice in New Zealand. Our excellent culture has been a major reason for our success and we are seeing considerable growth in the business as a result. For us, the survey is a key check point as to whether we are staying on the right track. We’re very proud to have been named a finalist for the fifth year in a row and look forward to celebrating with our team”.
The winners will be announced at the Awards Dinner on 5 November in Auckland.
