Kiwis take the global stage
One of SAP’s most prestigious global Innovation Award categories has been taken out by Soltius NZ Ltd. and farmers’ co-operative Ballance Agri Nutrients!
Together we have won the 2018 ‘Best Run’ category (formerly known as the SAP ‘CEO’s Choice’) for the succcessful implementation of SAP Hybris solutions in the creation of ‘MyBallance’ – an impeccable omni-channel solution that puts ‘Your Farm at your Fingerprints’.
David Scullin, CIO for Ballance Agri-Nutrients, and Nick Mulcahy, CEO for Soltius, accept the Best Run award at the 2018 SAP Innovation Awards Dinner at SAPPHIRE NOW.
The project connected siloed data systems to create a seamless digital experience for farmers across all Ballance Agri-Nutrients’ offerings. In addition to SAP Hybris Marketing and Commerce modules, the solution leverages SAP Business Warehouse (BW) powered by SAP HANA, SAP Data Services Software and SAP S/4HANA.
This year at SAPPHIRE NOW, SAP has really showcased what it means to be an innovative and inclusive company.
They have announced their first social purpose: SAP and Partners work together to help the best-run businesses make the world run better.
This purpose is already being executed through SAP’s charitable donations, implementations and innovations which have a strong positive social impact in communities of need, investment in start-ups and enhancement of systems which improve employee well-being.
Our CEO is extremely pleased to see that SAP has taken more of a social focus and with how well it aligns to Soltius’ social purpose of helping Kiwis live better, work smarter and prosper on the global stage.
