SAP has announced a new suite of solutions to modernise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that is set to disrupt the marketplace.
Introducing SAP C/4HANA
Launched on day 1 of SAPPHIRE NOW by SAP CEO Bill McDermott, SAP C/4HANA is the industry’s first integrated customer experience technology suite.

This announcement follows the completed acquisitions of market leaders Hybris, Gigya and CallidusCloud so SAP now ties together solutions to support all front-office functions, such as marketing, commerce, sales, customer service and consumer data protection.
C/4HANA is about delivering a 360-degree viewpoint of the customer relationship, which is deeply rooted in SAP’s heritage of end-to-end integrated processes and solutions. It addresses todays evolutionary forces where trust is not given but earned, experiences must be personalised and that your relationship with the customer is always changing.
This 4th generation CRM from SAP offers full integration with SAP’s business application portfolio including market-leading ERP Suite, SAP S/4HANA. It also brings new capability to embed Artificial Intelligence (AI) as part of business processes, which was achieved through the acquisition of Coresystems AG.
Ultimately, you can forget the SAP Hybris brand name. SAP now have 5 integrated cloud solutions at your fingertips in the C/4HANA portfolio, including; SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud and SAP Sales Cloud.
SAP HANA Data Management Suite
